Maceus Studios is Queens, New York's most elite personal training studio by far. We have the best personal trainers. All of our trainers have extensive before and after clientele portfolios. Our training studio is 2 floors and 4,000 square feet worth of dynamic training equipment. We have wheelchair accessibility, club like music atmosphere and a warm & friendly environment.
On the cardio end we have Treadmills, Ellipticals, a Step mill, a Jacob's Ladder & a Tread Climber. We also have a whole lot of free weights, a cable machine, a leg press machine, a leg extension & curl machine, a bench press & a squat cage. On the fitness end we have medicine balls, punching bags, stability balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, kettlebells, tires & sledge hammers.
You will not feel claustrophobic in this facility with our open floor plan full of space for floor exercises and running laps. We don't believe in the traditional gym format of machine after machine, station after station. You will not feel intimidated by big bulky equipment nor muscle head members. In time we guarantee that you will think of our establishment like a second home.
Our bread and butter is our elite personal training services. All of our fitness instructors have a range of 5 to 20yrs of experience in the fitness industry. During training we are tough but we get the job done with no fluff. Our fees are less then the big gym personal trainers because we prioritize client retention rate. If someone hires us to help them lose 100 lbs. we do not want to burden him or her with worries of unaffordable & unsustainable fees, when what they really should be focused on is their diet & exercise program. In short we are not only better... but we are cheaper!
Other services include our truly amazing spin/ cycling classes. Which often times feature a live DJ & exciting club lasers. Imagine 20 top tier indoor spin bikes along side a highly energetic instructor. This is a class like no other.
For the kids & parents we also offer Tae Kwon Do classes. For the kids this is done in a traditional martial arts school format. For the adults we offer 1 on 1 or small group Women's Self Defense classes.
